By accessing and using QuietStack ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Beta Program

QuietStack is currently in beta testing. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding uptime, data retention, or service availability during the beta period.

3. Data Processing

We process AI decision data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

4. Limitation of Liability

During the beta period, QuietStack's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
